What are you going to do?
We’re looking for a motivated Business Consultant to help grow our presence in Italy. With your energy and expertise, you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with Italian B2B providers - primarily in digital, web, and creative sectors.
- Build and manage your own portfolio of Italian B2B providers, helping them achieve their goals using Sortlist’s platform.
- Drive new business by prospecting, engaging, and converting leads through calls, video meetings, social media (LinkedIn), and email outreach.
- Take ownership of the entire sales process, from the first touchpoint to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and valuable experience for clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager for Southern Europe, contributing to strategy and delivering on growth targets.
- Understand client needs and craft tailored solutions that align with their goals and marketing strategies.
- Become a real ambassador and represent Sortlist at industry events (virtual and in-person), building relationships and promoting our mission.
What is your profile?
- You have an enormous drive to be successful. You have the flexibility and mentality to find things out for yourself within a young team and make them a success.
- 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B experience is a plus)
- Experience in an agency is a plus.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You feel confident in making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or creative agencies is a strong advantage.
- Native Italian speaker with excellent written and oral skills in English. A third language is always a plus.
