We are a team of around 70 employees, with offices in Belgium, Spain, Tunisia, and Madagascar. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a People & Culture Manager to elevate our culture, performance, and career development initiatives.
Your Mission
As our People & Culture Manager, you will be at the forefront of building a thriving culture, driving performance excellence, and leading career management initiatives. You will report directly to the CEO and lead a team of two People professionals, ensuring that our people initiatives align with Sortlist’s vision.
Your role is to create an environment where employees feel engaged, empowered, and supported - while also ensuring managers have the tools to drive high performance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Roadmap
- Manage and mentor a team of two People professionals, ensuring smooth HR operations
- Collaborate with leadership to align People initiatives with business goals
Company Culture
- Champion Sortlist’s culture, ensuring it evolves with our growth while staying true to our values, and drive engagement initiatives
- Lead change management efforts, supporting teams through growth and transformation
Performance Management & Growth
- Enhance and execute our performance management framework, ensuring fairness and transparency
- Equip managers with tools and training to set clear expectations and provide impactful feedback
Career Management & Talent Development
- Lead talent reviews, ensuring structured, actionable feedback that drives employee development
- Ensure career paths are well-implemented and adapted as Sortlist scales
- Support managers in career planning, succession planning, and professional growth discussions
Who We’re Looking For
We need someone who is both strategic and hands-on, passionate about culture, performance, and career growth, that ensures our people initiatives drive business results:
- At least 3 years of managerial experience & 6 years in HR, People & Culture, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
- Strong background in performance management, culture building, employee engagement, and career development
- Experience working with international teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Has full proficiency in English & intermediate proficiency in French
