π Introduction:
As a Sales Intern for Italy, youβll join Sortlistβs Sales team. Your main goal will be to build lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner on their growth journey.
π― Missions:
Working directly with other Sales Consultants, your missions will focus on three areas:
1. Managing and Supporting Providers:
- Take charge of your own portfolio and help it grow,
- Advise and guide clients in developing effective marketing strategies based on their goals,
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and provide tailored recommendations,
- Identify and resolve specific issues a provider faces to improve performance and meet their objectives.
2. Acquiring New Providers:
- Identify prospects and find decision-makers,
- Reach out to providers personally (LinkedIn, email, etc.) to secure relevant meeting calls,
- Call, pre-qualify, and convince these prospects over the phone to set up a demo call,
- Follow up with your client on product usage.
3. Project Management on the Company Side:
- Analyze the project funnel daily to activate your provider portfolio on relevant projects,
- Oversee project implementation, working with internal teams and partner agencies to ensure successful execution.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of client interaction.

- Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, and English.
