About the Role:
As a Sales Intern focusing on the Spanish market, you will be part of Sortlist's Sales team. Your main goal will be to build and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with clients, guiding them in their growth journey as a trusted partner.
Your Responsibilities:
In direct collaboration with other Sales Consultants, your missions will focus on three main areas:
1. Provider Management:
- Manage and develop your own portfolio of providers
- Offer strategic advice to clients on effective marketing strategies according to their goals.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Identify and resolve specific issues faced by providers to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
2. Acquisition of New Providers:
- Identify potential prospects and key decision-makers.
- Reach out to providers via calls, LinkedIn, and emails to arrange meetings.
- Engage prospects, qualify their needs, and convince them to join Sortlist.
3. Project Management:
- Analyze the project funnel daily to activate your provider portfolio for relevant projects of companies.
Your Profile:
- End-of-degree internship with a possible long-term contract upon completion.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English; plus (ideally) proficiency in French, German, Dutch, or Italian
- Enjoy client interaction and have a passion for sales and negotiation.
- Highly organized, diligent, challenge oriented and eager to learn.
