We’re on the lookout for our next Advisor, responsible for managing the German market. We offer a unique opportunity to work on an international level, as you’ll be the first point of contact for Businesses looking for a Provider on the German market. You will work within the Advisor's Team, which handles projects from different countries all over the world.

About the Role:


As a Sales Advisor, you will specialize in guiding Service buyers to meet the right providers from the marketing and tech industry and make their project a success. Your primary responsibility is to identify and assess the potential of projects, ensuring they are paired with the ideal service providers. You play a vital role in the creation of successful business stories. Our distinctive approach to achieving this involves engaging clients who are exploring ways to enhance their business growth.

Your role is pivotal in identifying and managing incoming opportunities within the German market, one of our strongest and rapidly growing markets. You’ll be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, working towards clear targets and making a tangible impact on the company’s success.


Your responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound requests by contacting clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct insightful discovery calls with a diverse range of clients spanning various industries, including SMEs and international corporations. We have collaborated with companies like Mercedes-Benz, Electronic Arts, LinkedIn, Harrods and many more.
  • Work towards clear goals while ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Ensure the retention of our clients by offering an excellent service through different touchpoints & Follow-ups.
  • Utilize our platform to match clients with the most suitable service providers, ensuring a seamless fit.
  • Collaboration across different departments (Product, Supply, Marketing etc…)



Your profile:

  • German native level is required, with a professional level of English. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant educational background.
  • First experience in sales related roles are a plus.
  • A passion for understanding business needs and goals, from SMEs to multinational enterprises.
  • Exceptional listening skills to gather and analyse client information effectively.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
