The Head of Sales will challenge, shape and execute the Belgian sales vision for Sortlist by empowring team members, reinforcing the culture and processes in place.

Where will you add value?


  • You will be responsible for the Belgian ARR targets
  • You will identify new business opportunities and be ready to do what it takes to test them
  • You will develop, communicate and implement new sales strategy to maximize team efficiency
  • Acting at all times as an ambassador for Sortlist by contributing to the top positioning of the company on the international marketing industry will be one of your most impactful tasks
  • You will attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
  • You will identify key areas for improvement in the sales process

Team Development, Management & Coaching:

  • You will lead a team of 5+ (AEs & AMs) and be ready to grow this team
  • You will be responsible for the recruitment of news team members
  • Providing individualised coaching to your team will help them grow
  • You will motivate and drive the teams to achieve our ambitious goals
  • You will develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives

Do you recognize yourself here ?

  • You have a strong record with 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales
  • You already had some experience in sales leadership and experience in the Marketing & Digital Industry is a strong advantage
  • You are comfortable around digital tools to manage your sales organisation
  • You have natural leadership and an ability to unite and inspire teams
  • You have excellent relationship and communication skills
  • You speak French, Dutch and English fluently
