What will be your role as a Country Manager at Sortlist?

In this role, you will be responsible for the success of our activities in Belgium:

    • PR/Thought Leadership
    • Fairs/Event
    • Local Partnerships
    • Product Adaptation/Optimization
  • Team Management
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Talents Retention
    • Training and coaching
    • Responsible of local KPIs + P&L
    • HQ Reporting
  • Sales
    • Mentoring of local sales team
    • Develop Local sales strategy
    • Partnership Management

Do you recognize yourself here?

  • Between 4 and 8 years of relevant experience, expertise in B2B sales and growing a scale-up.
  • Significant Experience in Sales
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Strong team player: ability to support and motivate a team
  • Experience in the Marketing & Digital Industry is a strong advantage
  • Bilingual in Dutch & English
  • Exceptionally well organized and driven by success
  • Ability to develop a team of A Players
